5 Things I’m Digging This Week

I’ve been so busy with assignments and exam prep this week that I’ve neglected my blog. Working full time and studying doesn’t leave much time for writing and this saddens me. However, there is light on the horizon and my time will be freed up again once I have this exam in the bag. You will get my full undivided attention soon enough, I promise. ❤️

I decided today, as I am short on time, I would do a quick roundup of cool things I have come across this week. I spend a lot of time online with work and I do find myself procrastinating at times, mentally spending all my wages on Asos and Topshop pushing the 4000 word report I have due right to the back of my mind.

Here you’ll find 5 things I’m totally digging this week – along with a little note to inform my followers that I am still alive and kicking, you’ll just find me under a pile of marketing notes and exam prep this week.

1. Bardot Top Two-pieces

I had a serious obsession with two pieces AKA co-ordinates last year, especially the crop and short combo. Missguided have a range of Bardot top and short combos new in this month and I have to say I’m a huge fan. I have ordered the following for my trip to Thassos coming up in August.

 2. Printed Tunics

This printed tunic from Topshop is so pretty. I find tunics really comfy, especially in summer when its warm and you want something loose throughout the day time, it can also be dressed up with some wedge heels.

3. Khaki and Lace ups

Since breaking my ankle and losing all the confidence I did have (which wasn’t much to start with) when walk in heels, I’ve become obsessed with looking at shoes one can only dream of wearing. I spotted these Khaki green suede lace ups on River Island and love them. These beauties aren’t ridiculously high or expensive like the usual culprits I find myself lusting over and something I could wear myself. Although I haven’t purchased them yet, I’m definitely considering it.

4. Bomber Parker

No matter the time of year, I always find myself looking at jackets and coats, I think I have a slight obsession. Last winter I found myself buying 3 new coats and I’m still always on the look out. This Berry Bomber Parker from ASOS in Longline is cuuuuute and definitely caught my eye, especially with the ripped jeans and crop.

5. Mini Bucket Bag

This handbag is such a bargain at £29.99! I love a Zara sale but I always end up missing it or hearing about it when all the best gear has gone. I’m thinking this would go perfectly with my travel outfit and it might just be my next bag purchase #thanksZara.

So there you have it, 5 cool pieces I thought I would share with you guys – procrastinating has to be my most expensive yet favourite pastime.

I hope everyone enjoys the rest of the week, back to the books for me xox
